Welcome to Mantheven HomesWe are located in Gaurawado, Calangute, in North Goa. If you like good quality, self-catering accommodation, then we would like to invite you stay at Mantheven Homes. Mantheven Homes opened in October 2004 and consists of annually refurbished apartments elevated slightly from the ground. The apartments are surrounded by prime gardens with lush lawn and flowering plants. Each unit has its own semi-furnished sit-out patio area. At night subtle lighting illuminates the gardens and sit-out area.
The apartments
- We are located next door to Little Italy Restaurant, Calangute and it is a short stroll along well-lit roads to many popular tourist eateries and bars. We are only 5 minutes walk away from the beach, local supermarkets, money-change facilities, motorbike rentals, etc.
- The rooms are fully furnished with all linen provided - this includes bed linen, towels, tea-towels, tablecloths and bathmats.
- Each apartment has self-catering provisions, including a separate kitchen with fridge, large sink, gas-stove & basic cooking utensils.
- Daily servicing is included, as is electricity, gas for cooking.
- Other facilities include a separate bathroom with sink, 24 hour hot-water and European flush toilets.
- Within the unit there is a double bed and a single bed. If necessary, additional beds/mattresses can be arranged for. There are two ceiling fans per unit and a television with the 'cable package' (showing, amongst many channels provided are: BBC World News, ESPN, Star Sports, National Geographic, Animal World, HBO movies, CNN, etc).
